1. What is Emoji AI?
Emoji AI is a unique app that lets you generate custom emojis using text prompts. You can also save emoji packs, share your creations, and use them in iMessage.
2. How do I generate a new emoji?
To generate a new emoji:
- Go to the Create section.
- Tap Generate Emoji.
- Enter a prompt describing your desired emoji (e.g., "A smiling sun with sunglasses").
- Tap Generate to create your custom emoji.
- Once generated, you can save, share, or use your emoji in iMessage.
3. Where can I find my saved emojis?
All your saved emojis are accessible in the My Emojis section under the Create category. Here, you can browse, edit, or share your past creations.
4. How can I save a new emoji pack?
To install a new emoji pack:
- Navigate to the Saved Packs section.
- Tap Install a new pack.
- Choose a pack from the available options or follow instructions to download new packs.
Once installed, the pack will appear in your Saved Packs list.
5. How do I use my emojis in iMessage?
Using your emojis in iMessage is simple:
- Open iMessage and tap the App Store icon.
- Scroll and tap the Emoji AI app.
- Select an emoji from your creations or packs.
- Drag and drop the emoji into your message or tap to send it.
6. How can I give feedback or report an issue?
We value your feedback! To send feedback or report an issue:
- Go to the Settings section.
- Tap Give us Feedback.
- Write your feedback in the provided form or email us.
7. How do I share the app with friends?
You can share Emoji AI with friends by:
- Going to the Settings section.
- Tapping Share App.
- Choosing a platform to share the app link.
8. What are the benefits of upgrading to Pro?
Upgrading to Pro gives you access to:
- Unlimited emoji generations.
- Pack downloads.
- Advanced features for creating emojis. To upgrade, go to the Settings section and tap Upgrade to Pro.
9. Why don’t I see my installed packs?
If you don’t see your installed packs:
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure the pack was successfully installed.
- Try restarting the app.
- If the issue persists, contact support through the Settings > Give us Feedback section.
10. How do I uninstall a pack?
To uninstall a pack:
- Go to Saved Packs.
- Swipe left on the pack you want to remove.
- Tap Delete to uninstall it.
11. How do I reinstall the intro screen?
The intro screen shows only once after the first app launch. To see it again:
- Delete and reinstall the app.
- Alternatively, reset the emoji_update setting in your device’s UserDefaults (advanced users only).
12. How do I fix app crashes or bugs?
If the app crashes:
- Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Clear cache data if the issue persists.
- Report the issue using Settings > Give us Feedback.
13. Can I share my emoji creations?
Yes, you can share emojis directly from the app:
- Go to My Emojis or any section with your saved emojis.
- Select the emoji you want to share.
- Tap the Share button and choose your preferred sharing platform.
14. What devices and operating systems are supported?
Emoji AI supports:
- iOS 13.0 and later.
- iPhones and iPads with adequate system memory.
15. Can I retrieve deleted emojis or packs?
Deleted emojis and packs cannot be retrieved unless they were backed up. To avoid losing data, we recommend saving important emojis or packs in iMessage or external storage.
16. How can I view the tutorial again?
You can access the tutorials anytime:
- Go to the Tutorial section.
- Tap How to use AI Emojis in iMessage or How to create AI Emojis for step-by-step guidance.
